Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 10, 2026. These published child safety standards apply to Hespr, the Hespr mobile app, and Hespr Inc. They explain our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how users can report concerns, and how Hespr addresses CSAM and CSAE.
1. Published Standard Against CSAE
Hespr, the Hespr mobile app, and Hespr Inc. prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Users may not create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, encourage, facilitate, or otherwise engage in content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
This prohibition includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, attempts to obtain sexual imagery from a minor, and any predatory behavior involving a child.
2. Adults Only
Hespr is for adults only. You may not use Hespr if you are under 18, and you may not misrepresent your age or identity to access the Service.
Users must not use Hespr to contact, groom, exploit, sexualize, solicit, endanger, or otherwise harm any minor, whether online, in person, or through any venue-based feature.
3. In-App Reporting
Users can report safety concerns inside the Hespr app. A user can open a profile and report that person, or go to Profile, Safety, Safety Center, and Report someone without profile.
Reports can be used for child safety concerns, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, harassment, impersonation, predatory behavior, or any other serious safety issue. If someone is in immediate danger, users should contact local emergency services or venue staff first.
4. How Hespr Addresses CSAM and CSAE
When Hespr obtains actual knowledge of CSAM, CSAE, or conduct that endangers a child, Hespr may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, investigate reports, and cooperate with lawful safety-related processes.
Where required or appropriate under applicable law, Hespr may report confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional child-safety authority.

6. Legal Compliance
Hespr complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations related to preventing, responding to, preserving evidence about, and reporting CSAM or CSAE where required.
