Really easy, really fun.
Hespr helps people connect around real places, in real time. Go visible at a venue, see who is there, send a Wave, and if the interest is mutual, set a meet spot and make it happen.
See who’s here right now
When you arrive at a supported venue, you can choose to go visible. Once you are visible, you can see other people who are there too. The experience is built around the actual place you are in, so it feels grounded, immediate, and natural.
Go visible
When you are at a supported venue, you can tap the button to go visible. This lets other people at that same place see that you are there.
You stay in control. Visibility is something you choose, not something that happens automatically without your input.
See the room
Once visible, you can see other people who are there too. The visible experience is designed around recent live photos so the room feels current and real, not stale or misleading.
When someone is visible, Hespr is designed to show a recent live photo tied to that moment.
Send a Wave
If someone catches your eye, you can send them a Wave. A Wave is a simple way to show interest without creating pressure.
It keeps things light and easy. You do not have to overthink the first move.
Set a meet spot
If the other person responds positively, the app moves the interaction toward actually meeting. One person can send a meet spot, and the other person can tap I’m Coming.
The goal is not endless chatting. The goal is to make real-life meeting easier, clearer, and less awkward.
From interest to real life
Hespr is designed to help people move naturally from noticing each other to actually meeting.
Instead of getting stuck in long conversations that never go anywhere, Hespr helps create a simple path toward meeting. If the energy is there, the app helps make the next step obvious.
Built around recent, live photos
Hespr is meant to feel current and honest. The visible experience is designed around recent live photos so the room feels real, not stale.
Taylor S
This helps reduce the gap between what someone looks like online and what they look like in person. It also makes the experience feel more tied to the moment.
See where people are planning to go
Hespr is not only about who is at a place right now. It can also help people discover where others are planning to be.
In the Places part of the app, users can explore supported venues and upcoming events. If they see somewhere they want to go, they can press that they are Going. This helps create momentum around places before the moment even starts.
Browse places and events
Users can explore supported venues, upcoming events, and recurring nights.
Press Going
If a place looks interesting, users can say they are going. This gives others a better sense of where energy is building.
Send a Later
If someone sees another person who is planning to go too, they can send a Later. The other person can reply with an alligator response.
Two ways to connect
This gives Hespr two kinds of energy. Sometimes you want to meet someone who is already there. Other times you want to see where the night, event, or social moment is building before you arrive.
Right now
Connect with people who are already at the same venue as you.
Going soon
See where people are planning to go, mark that you are going too, and connect before the moment starts.
Made for real life, not endless swiping
Hespr is designed to help people move toward real-world interaction. The app supports the moment, but it does not try to replace it.
Built around real places
Connections start through shared venues and events, not random distance circles.
Built around the present moment
Live visibility and recent photos make the experience feel more honest and current.
Built to actually meet
Waves, meet spots, Going, and Laters are all designed to make in-person connection easier.
